Matthew is currently an Art Director and Marketing Specialist at DickersonBakker Consulting Firm, focusing on advancing nonprofit efforts across the world.

With over 7 years of experience in graphic design, branding, and marketing campaign creation, he previously served as the lead creative at Sportsman's Finest, where he managed diverse responsibilities, including marketing campaigns, social media content, print ads, event planning, and management.

During his college years, Matthew co-owned and operated Texas Wild, a company promoting outdoor recreational activities in collaboration with Texas Parks and Wildlife.

His passion for advertising was inspired by his father, James Mikus, a veteran in the industry, having served as the Chief Creative Officer at McGarrah Jessee.

Matthew currently resides in Dallas with his wife Lauren and their golden retriever Bear, enjoying ranch life in Independence, Texas, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
